The Brief
Stroud Electrical Services UK Ltd were instructed by Randall & Payne, the chartered accountants based in Cheltenham, to deliver a coordinated package of works covering an office lighting upgrade, EV charger installation and a full EICR with remedial works, all completed without disrupting client-facing operations.
Our Solution
Our team carried out a full Electrical Installation Condition Report across the entire building, ensuring every installation was safe and compliant. To minimise disruption, the EICR and remedial works were strategically scheduled outside of regular business hours.
We installed three new EV chargers for staff use, all fitted with back-office connectivity for seamless monitoring and management. The office lighting was upgraded to energy-efficient LED throughout, completed to a tight three-day programme, and we installed new emergency lighting to enhance safety across the building.
Before the works started we provided Randall & Payne with detailed plans, a fixed quote and a 10-year cost-savings projection so the team had complete transparency on the scope and the long-term return on investment.
