The Brief
Following an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out by our team at Stroud Electrical Services at Bath Road Garage in Eastington, Stonehouse, we provided a detailed quote for a complete rewire of the workshop and yard, with the aim of bringing the installation up to current regulations while keeping disruption to the day-to-day workshop to a minimum.
Our Solution
After a thorough consultation with the client and the garage occupier, we planned a tightly scheduled shutdown so that the team could carry out the full commercial rewire in a single, focused window.
The comprehensive rewire was successfully completed in just three days. This included the installation of new containment throughout the garage, a brand-new 3-phase distribution board, and dedicated supplies for the vehicle ramps and other workshop equipment.
We also installed new high bay UFO LED lighting throughout. UFO LED high bays are renowned for providing impressive, even illumination across large indoor spaces with high ceilings. As well as significant energy and cost savings, they improve health and safety on the workshop floor and are ideally suited to factory, warehouse, workshop and showroom environments.
