The Brief
After completing the electrical fit-out at Daikoku Ramen's Stroud restaurant, we were invited back to deliver the same for their second branch at Gloucester Docks. The brief was a full design-and-install package, scoped to a fixed opening date and to the requirements of a busy restaurant and takeaway operation.
Our Solution
Following an initial design meeting with the client to capture their layout, kitchen equipment and operational needs, our team produced a complete electrical design and installed the new distribution, power and lighting circuits, dedicated appliance supplies and emergency lighting throughout the premises.
The works were planned and delivered to the agreed programme so the restaurant could open on schedule, with no delays to fit-out from the electrical side.
Ongoing Support
Since opening, we've returned to Daikoku Ramen to provide ongoing maintenance and periodic inspections as required, including EICR testing on a planned cycle. As a long-term partner we keep the installation safe, compliant and ready for the next service.
The Result
A fully functioning restaurant and takeaway at one of Gloucester's busiest waterside locations, with a clean, well-documented electrical installation handed over on time and supported by an ongoing service relationship with the client.
