Stroud Electrical Services UK Ltd were pleased to have the opportunity to conduct a thorough evaluation of the existing lighting system at Gastrells School, located in Rodborough. Following our detailed assessment, we provided a comprehensive specification to upgrade the entire lighting system throughout the school to energy-efficient LED lights. In addition to the lighting upgrade, we also installed Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors in the school’s toilets and storage cupboards. This strategic installation was aimed at further enhancing electricity savings by ensuring that lights are not inadvertently left on when these areas are not in use. Despite the project being carried out during the school term, we were able to complete all works efficiently and with minimal disruption, within a span of just four days. Furthermore, we are pleased to note that we have been invited back to Gastrells School to conduct regular ongoing maintenance as and when required.
